This was taken in July of 1962. I'm pretty sure I was on my way to Germany as I had just finished Russian classes at Syracuse University and tech training in San Angelo, Texas. This photo is one of only a couple taken of me during my enlistment.
And it is the same summer I met #3...
p.s. I cannot remember Dad ever wearing a bowtie
