The death of Mr. John Herndon occured at his home on the Shelbyville pike Monday. He was about 57 years of age. Death was caused by paralysis. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Funeral was held Wednesday at Pleasant Hill by Elder J. Paul Slayden.
The deceased is survived by his wife and two children, one of whom was born to the Herndons by a former marriage.
