Henry was a farmer/rancher and Mollie was a homemaker. Henry never drove a car but he wanted his "little queen," Mollie to have anything that she wanted, so he purchased a Model-t. He rode with her but only with the door open and his foot on the running board.

Mollie was so small in statue, 4"11", as Henry was tall, about 6". She is mostly remembered for never saying anything bad about anyone, always finding something good about them, even if it was minor.
