Aubrey Allen Byas (1919-2008)
Mr. Byas was a deacon of First Baptist Church, a volunteer of Christian Builders for 25 years and a veteran of World War II.
He was a faithful, loving husband of 71 years and a devoted father and role model for our five-generation family.
Survivors: Wife, Cleo Fleming Byas; daughters, Wanda Garrett and her husband, Kenneth of Colleyville, Delores Blackburn and her husband, Don of Keller and Linda Duncan and her husband, Fred of Weatherford; brother, Freddy Byas and his wife, Sue of Arizona; sister, Mildred Byas of Wylie;
eight grandchildren and spouses; 14 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a host of adopted family members and friends.
