      Mrs. Lyvonne Hennessee died May 19, 2011

      Mrs. Lyvonne Hennessee, 63, of Rydal, died Thursday, May 19, at her residence. She was born in Gordon County on February 27, 1948, daughter of the late John and Artie Luckett. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, Michael Tudor; and a sister, Gayle Towe.

      Before becoming disabled, Mrs. Hennessee was employed by Shaw Industries. She was of the Baptist faith.

      Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Aubrey Hennessee of the home; two sons, James Dooley and his wife Misty of Rydal, and Perry Dooley of Kingston; two daughters, Pam Bouback of Rydal, and Sherry Rucker of Calhoun; nine grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.

      Funeral services for Mrs. Lyvonne Hennessee were held Saturday, May 21, from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home. Interment followed in the New Armuchee Baptist Church Cemetery. Active pallbearers included Tony Flowers, Art Esters, Roger Esters, Sam Skinner, Douglas Mullins, and Nicholas Dooley.

      The family received friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Friday from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.
