- Hi, I'm Sharman Hughes Barghols. Largus Bryce Hughes is my deceased dad. I administer his account and am the one interested in genealogy.
Our common ancestor is John Cantrell b. 1724. There is a book about the Cantrells which is where I got my information. Have you seen it?
I'm really interested in your Hughes line. Do you have any more information about Susannah Hughes b. 1680 who married John Cobb? I'm in a research group of YDNA Hugheses who trace their Hughes line back to New Kent Co. VA but I have been unable to find any paper trail before 1792 in TN.
Please let me know if you have additional information.
