- Keith was born the son Joe Maxwell and Mattie Maxwell. A retired teacher and coach with the Warren County School System, he served in the Tennessee Army National Guard, was a member of the First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father Joe Maxwell,and his father-in-law Floyd Page.
He was married August 10, 1968 to Shirley Maxwell of McMinnville. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Leann and Jason Nokes of McMinnville; one grandson, Gage Nokes of McMinnville; mother-in-law, Era Page of McMinnville; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bill and Rozan Davidson of Knoxville, TN and Keith and Kerri Page of Owensboro, KY and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
