Notes |
- George Otis Lee Hayes was a son of J. Newton Hayes and Luster Hennesee. He was a minister and a veteran of World War I. He was married to Bernice and the informant for his death certificate was his son, Frank Hayes.
His death certificate and Hollywood Cemetery records show his name as Otis Lee Hayes.
His mother's marker is inscribed with the given name of Lester instead of Luster.
His plot record shows a marker was placed for him on September 18, 1965, but there is no visible marker for him in Sylvan Dell at this time. It may be sunken and buried.
Frances Ameda Dale and Lydia Mildred Armstrong are also in this plot, but the only marked grave is for Lydia. These three do not appear to be related. [3]
