In my Scott family file I have an Isaac Romans b. 1853, d. abt 1890. He
married Frances Christene Scott, b. 13 Jun 1847, daughter of William Willis Scott
and Mathelda. They had John L. Romans b. abt 1869, Lizzie Romans b. abt 1883,
William Romans b. abt 1883, George Romans b. abt 1886, and Isaac Romans b.
abt 1889. I assume John, being born so much earlier, had other siblings before
Lizzie and William (twins?) or his birthdate is wrong. These people lived in
the Warren County/Van Buren County area. My source was Jerry Martin in
Bedford, TX.
