This information is for "Newbies" like yourself. One is a forum for newbies that you can join and ask any question about DNA that you need answered. The other is a "BEGINNERS GUIDE TO GENETIC GENEALOGY".

I understand so little of DNA. My kit is F256559 and I am hoping you will explain it to me. I have used the traditional research forms of census records, probate, gravesites, interviews, et. al. to determine my own ancestry. Here's my line to Nathan BYARS:
