Notes |
- Hey David -
Thanks for the email. It is a very odd connection and very distant but here goes:
William's father - Dr. Emanuel Hennesee married twice. His second wife, Linnie Raye Brinkley is my connection. After Dr. Emanuel Hennessee was killed, she married Calvin Avery Houk, was my 1st cousin, 2x removed.
While I haven't done the complete research, I believe that Linnie & cousin Calvin may have taken care of William and some of his siblings after his father's death.
My main family lines are Wards & Gibbs. But I remember many stories about Dr. Hennessee and the fight between he and the Pitts family. I had connections to the Pitts as well.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Julie [3]
