Cantrell and wife Conney, Watson Poter and his wife Harriet, Robert Cantrell and wife Martha, David Poter and wife Elizabeth, Rarvy and Charlott & Rachel Magness, Ransom A. Youngblood and wife Mary, David (Daniel) Welch and wife Sarah and Perry G. Magness Jr. defts. Land is to be sold. (War TN, Ch Ct Min, 1/159) The names were shown again and it looks more like Lesay and Charlotte and Richard Magness (instead of Rarvy and Rachael). Also Bery instead of Perry G. Magness. The land was purchased by Mrs. Elizabeth Magness. (ibid 170)"
