May 11, 1929 - Jan. 16, 1996 - Niles, Services for Arnold C. "Sam" REAGAN, 66, of 46575 Delta Drive, Decatur, formerly of Niles, who died at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday in his home after an illness, will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Halbritter Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mission Hills Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 2 to 7 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Mayo Foundation Cancer Research, 200 First St., S. W., Rochester, MN 55905. Mr. REGAN retired in 1988 from National-Standard Co. after 33 years. He was born May 11, 1929, in Allons, Tenn., lived in Niles for 40 years and moved to Decatur four years ago. On Nov. 18, 1952, in Walker County, Ga., he married Opal HODGES. She survives with a daughter, Brenda SMITH of Dowagiac; a son, Carl of Niles; four grandchildren; five sisters, Lillie REAGAN and Ima WARD, both of Morrison, Tenn., Agnes COLLINS of Allens, Anne SCOTT of Manchester, Tenn., and Helen HAWK of Tullahoma, Ten.; and t!
wo brothers, Nathan of McMinnville, Tenn., and Andrew REAGAN Sr. of Buena Vista, Va. Mr. REAGAN was a member of Niles Church of Christ. He was an army veteran of the Korean War. [2]
