George W. Cantrell, Anna Upchurch, Charity Neal,his own share and that of John Cantrell's heirs, Joseph Cantrell and Berry G. Cantrell shares of a portion of the real estate of Abraham Cantrell, dec'd."

Here is a little information for you on Chesley.
I have copies of Chesley Company Muster Roll for the Civil War.
There are three of them..1st one. Confederate 1 Batalion(Colms') C Tenn. C.W.Cantrell 4th Sgt., Co. C, 1 Batt'n Tennesse Infantry. May & June, 1863 Enlisted: when Nov. 10, 1862 where: Titsworthis store by whom. P. Adcock Period: 2 yrs. Last paid: By whom: never received any pay Present or absent: absent sick in hospital Yazoo city Miss. signed: WDCampbell
#2 The only difference is under time it says 2 yrs or the War and he was present. and Remarks appointed 4 sgt Jan 19 1863.
#3 MOST IMPORTANT Roll Date Jan. 21, Dalton Ga. Under Remarks: Wounded on the 19 Sept. 63 Chickamanga and died Oct.5, 63 Signed WDCampbell.
