      Molly was a nickname for Mary, so her real name was probably Mary.

      Birth

      Molly was born in 1590. She is the daughter of Christopher Newport and Katherine Proctor. [1]

      Undocumented Speculation

      She is not listed in the will of Christopher Newport. Newport married Katherine Proctor about 1585 and she was dead by 1590, so if Molly is a child of this marriage she was born in that time frame, say 1586.

      She would have been 31 and married when Christopher Newport died in 1617.

      All of this is speculation based upon the dates of others in her alleged family. Her profile should remain "unsourced" until some documentation arises!
