Born in 1803, Lucinda SAVAGE married Hugh J. SLAUGHTER, who ironically was the son of a murdered Justice of the Peace in Georgia, as told in a previous post. SAVAGE and SLAUGHTER.......appropriate names for two families on the edge of frontier America. Robert SAVAGE is the 6th great grandfather of Anthony MARTINI" [1]
