- Mr. William Flavious Hennessee, 67, son of the late Mr. Gideon Thomas Hennessee and Mrs. Mary Stewart Hennessee, was born Jan. 2 Jan 1905 at Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, and departed this life at 7:00 A.M. at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
He made a profession of faith In Christ and was a member of the Thurlow Church of Christ and also a member of the Greensburg Masonic Lodge 54. He united in marriage to Mrs. Florence Bergquist Hennessee on Oct. 18,1930.
To this union one daughter was born: Mrs. James R. Perkins of Campbellsville. Besides his wife and daughter he Is also survived by five grandchildren: Mr. Kenneth Wayne Perkins of Adairville, Ky,, Mrs. Peggy Jo Clark of Louisville, Ky., Mr. James Bradley Perkins, Miss Patricia Kay Perkins and Mr. William Leonard Perkins, all of Campbellsville; also by one great-grandchild, Kristie Lea Clark of Louisville.
Funeral services will be at 10 A.M. CDT Thursday, July 13 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg by Rev. Kenneth Wilson. Burial will be in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers: Frank Clark, Jr., Kenneth Harris, Bill Vaughn, Joe Rogers, Paul Judd and Ivy Compton. Honorary pallbearers: Ralph Tucker Hervie Durham, Elmer Clark, Frank Sartin, Robert Botloe and Milton Howard Montgomery. [2]
