- Hazel B. Perkey, 91, of Cave City died Wednesday, August 12, 2020.
She was born November 17, 1928 in Saffell, Arkansas to Tom and Bertie Hennessee. She was retired from White-Rodgers in Batesville and was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church in Cave City.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Odis Perkey; two brothers, James Hennessee and Coolidge Hennessee; and one sister, Jean Still.
Survivors include one son, Ronnie Perkey (Darlene); and one daughter, Maretta Milligan, all of Cave City; six grandchildren, Barry Perkey of Evening Shade, Eric Perkey and Robbie Perkey, both of Cave City, Randall Perkey of Jackson, Missouri, Bridget Garland of Cave City and Brandi Johnson of Strawberry; eleven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Monday, August 17, 2020 at 2 p.m. at the First Missionary Baptist Church in Cave City with Bro. Randall Perkey and Bro. Ron Canard officiating. Burial will follow in the Cave City Cemetery with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
Visitation was Sunday, August 16, 2020 from 4 until 6 p.m. at the church.
Pallbearers will be Barry Perkey, Eric Perkey, Randall Perkey, Robbie Perkey, Brian Garland and Boue Johnson.
