To William Ervine Esq. or Distict Jeylor Clerk of Superior Court of Morginton. Whereas application Hath been made to me James Withrow a subscribing Justice for to Recoment sum persons as Security for one James Rogers now in your geoal being charged with horse stealing. I Recomend Dillar Watts, Benjamin Brackett, John Davis, Chesley Webb may be taken as Security being men under an honest caractor. Oct 15th 1793 J. Withrow

17 February 1809 Chesley Webb and Henrietta Webb received by letter by the Red River Association, Robertson County, Tennessee Bro.Webb's letter testifyes that he served as a Deacon for a long time in his church and was well approved of on labor.
18 August 1809 Chesley Webb on motion is at liberty to exercise his gift in the bounds of this church in such a way as the Lord may direct him.
10 October 1810 Robertson County, The church granted letter of dismaissal for Bro and Sister Webb.
