Hello Daniel,
Rebecca Watkins, born about 1752 in Frederick County, Virginia was the daughter and oldest child of Peter and Hannah Watkins who moved to South Carolina about 1757 and finally settled in Rutherford County, North Carolina. Her siblings were Esther, David, John, Evan, William, Daniel, Eleanor and Nancy. Rebecca married (1st) Samuel Spencer Jr. about 1771 and (2nd) Joel Blackwell. Rebecca died about 1799-1800 and does not appear on her fathers' will written after she died. James E. Hargraves
