Researching Phillip Chambers and Salome Clubb married in Rowan Co, NC. Phillip thought to be from MD. Had three Children by his first wife (last name Suggs). Had a number of children by second wife. Sons' names included Benjamin, John, Elihu, James, Daughter Mehalia. Phillip is thought to be a brother to James and Elihu who moved from Rowan to Burke to Buncombe to Haywood in 1790s. John, Phillip's son, married Nancy WELCH after the family moved to Macon co. NC. One of John's sons Erwin Huston Chambers married Lucinda Worley in Swain Co. Their son was Henry Chambers who married Laura Parsons. One of their children is my Great Aunt Kathleen Chambers Ford, age 82, who is still living in Clay Co., NC. Her two sons Larry Ford and Gene Ford are also there. Can you assist with any family info?
