This is my first posting to the list. I have finally found Mark (Marcus C.)
JONES who married Mary J. ROBERTS 24 Feb 1868 in Warren County. Mark is the
son of Alcey & Melvina Moore Jones; Mary J. is the daughter of Joseph &
Sarah Underwood Roberts who lived many years in White County. In 1880 Mark
and Mary had two daughters: Priscilla (11) and Dovie (5), but there is no
listing for them in the 1900 TN Soundex. Can a kind volunteer please check
on marriages for these daughters and if there is any trace of Mark and Mary
in the county after 1880? (i.e., tax list?) I am thanking you in advance
