      Daniel Dueast Boyd (1863-1931) was the husband of my great grand aunt Delilah Pope "Lila" (nee Standefer; born 5 Mar 1876 in Sequatchie co., TN; died 1901 in Sequatchie co., TN).

      His parents:

      Fernando Campbell Boyd (born 16 Mar 1840 in Roane Co., TN; died 3 Jun 1871 in Sequatchie co., TN) and his wife, Elizabeth Jane "Betsy" (nee Winchester; born 2 Nov 1837 in Roane co., TN; died 17 Apr 1924 in Sequatchie co., TN).

      Dan and Lila Boyd had five children that i know of:

      1. Daniel Fernando "Dee" Boyd: b. 2 Jul 1890 in Sequatchie co., TN, d. 3 Oct 1982 in VanBuren co., TN. Married Linnie Irene Gulley.

      2. Jacob Decalvin "Jack" Boyd: b. 15 Nov 1892 in Sequatchie co., TN; d. 1 Feb 1972 in Chattanooga, Hamilton co., TN. Married Frances Caroline Lappin (her 1st husband was Rease Smith.). Buried in Lappin Cemetery in Monteagle, Marion co., TN.

      3. Julia E "Julie" Boyd: b. 7 Oct 1893 in Sequatchie co., TN; d. 12 Apr 1943 in Bledsoe co., TN. Married Walter Perry. Buried in Cagle-Mt Pleasant Cemetery.
