    • McMinnville resident and Warren County native Roy William Mullican, 94, died March 17 at NHC Healthcare after an extended illness.

      A carpet manufacturing employee and a member of Temple Baptist Church, he was the son of K.D. and Jennie Blankenship Mullican; and was preceded in death by his wife, Florence Parker in 1976; brothers, Ernest and Alfred Mullican; sister, Grace Mullican Strong; stepsisters, Amelia Atnip and Ruby Atnip; and stepbrother, Alton Walker.

      He is survived by sister, Crystal Mullican Pherreigo of Montrose, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.

      Graveside services were held Tuesday at Salem Cemetery with Rev. Jim Tollison officiating.

      High Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
