      A. J. Gribble was a member of the 16th TN Infantry Company D and was killed December 31, 1862 at the Battle of Stones River near Murfreesboro, TN. There is a memorial at the Warren County Court House in McMinnville with his name engraved. See http://www.tngennet.org/warren/cwmonument.html
