Looking for Matlock ancestral info. & kin, however distant..JOHN MATLOCK married SARAH MCPHERSON in TN in late 1700's?

One son was WILLIAM MATLOCK(b.4-11-1795 TN-d.12-20-1844,TN)who married(m.12-23-1817) SARAH DODSON(b.6-14-1795).

One of the issue was a daughter SARAH ANN MATLOCK(b.2-27-1825.McMINN CO TN) who married(m.9-17-1847)JOSEPH WILLIAM GIBSON,(b.1820) son of ELIAS GIBSON.

They issued my GRANDFATHER HORACE MAYNARD GIBSON (b.5-21-1864, Athens TN) who married NEVA AMANDA RAYMER(1-07-1870,OK) & had my MOTHER MARY ANN GIBSON(8-29-10, Endee, NM). I was born to her & THEODORE OWENS LOHMEYER(6-28-15, DC). I was born on 8-10-50, OKLAHOMA CITY,OK & I now reside in RICHMOND,VA.

I looking for any ancestral info. on the MATLOCK's & any descendants I might be kin to. I am an only child w/ no close living relations & would like to meet kinfolk, however distant.
